Calculate month-1 retention: for each signup cohort month, count users who also made a purchase in the following month. Return cohort_month, signed_up, retained, and retention_rate (rounded to 2 decimal places as a fraction 0–1), ordered by cohort_month.

Expected Output: Cohort month with signup count, retained count, and rate.
